I'm not sure what your pointing to, but heres my best.
The nut holding the wiper arm assembly to the motors is a 13mm socket. Undo both sides. To get the arms off the motor mounts, push down on the middle of the arm, about where the sring is. Pres firmly and them wiggle the arm until it comes loose. It is not hard at all.
Tehre you go, you now have two wiper arms detached and can do what ever repairs you need.
If you need to know how to change the blades or the blade holder, go to a local car place and ask, they will show you, as it is mostly common sense.

Windshield wipers don't have fuses
i put a new windshield wiper moter in and the fuses are fine but my wipers still wont work
ughh i have the same problem. you need to fix the windshield wiper motor
First you have to diagnose what the problem is before you can fix it.
To fix windshield wipers on a Volvo 940 try using new wiper fluid and cleaning the windshield and wiper blades before you replace the blades. It is also important to replace wiper blades regularly.
The motor needs to be replaced. There is a "switch" in the motor that "parks" the wipers. This happens when current is removed from the motor. Your "switch" in the motor is not allowing this to happen. Replace the motor.
check the fuses and relays
If your windshield wipers are not working, you should check your owners manual. It could be a fuse or another easy fix.
You have to remove the linkage from the wiper motor.
junk it
Well, I would recommend taking the windshield wipers off, and then try re-attaching it to the windshield. However, there is also the option of checking to see if the attachment is attached properly in the first place.
