Considering that General Motors has several class action suits against them in regards to Dexcool (pink antifreeze) I would flush using the green antifreeze. The best thing to do is go online to bgfindashop.com and locate a shop near you to flush the system. They will add a cleaner and run it then do a reverse flush that will remove all the antifreeze from the system including the heater. Once that is completed they will add a conditioner.
Exactly what are you referring to flush, the radiator, transmission or possibly the brakes. Purchase a Haynes Manual and it has all the information you will need.
It is behind the grill and in front of the engine.
It is located on the bottom right hand side of the radiator.

The 2003 Chevrolet Impala radiator drain plug can be found on the right hand side of the radiator. The radiator drain plug will be at the bottom of the radiator.
There isn't one. To flush my radiator in my 2000 I had to take off the lower rad hose.
take the vehicle to a reputible radiator repair shop and they should be able to flush the whole system out for you.
Just flushing the radiator, no but to flush the system, yes.
Drain and properly dispose (recycle) the old coolant. Put one bottle of Radiator Flush(from am auto parts store)in the radiator and refill with water. Run the car a idle(leave the heater ON to flush the heater core)for approx. 5 minutes. Drain and properly dispose of the flush liquid. Refill radiator with 50/50 mix of coolant and water or all premixed coolant.
there is a radiator plug on the bottom passenger side of the radiatior, take that out and flush from the radiator cap.
There is a drain on the lower right of the rad. If you can't get to it, pull the lower hose.
There is only one and it is located in the side tank of the radiator.
At the end of the top radiator hose in the housing under the throttle plate.
