okay this is NOT a painful procesa you need to get ingiger tis weakens the bone walk down the stairs and as you do jolt hard and fast you ankleround to face the wall you are sure to get a hairline fracture bad enough for a cast and crutches for at least 6 weeks with no complicationsfollowing :)

When I landed I mistakenly landed on my left foot and due to all that force coming down on that one ankle, the outer part of my foot touched the side of my calf..... It swelled up so bad that when I got it X-Ray'd the doctors couldn't see the fracture, they thought I just got a real bad sprain. It wasn't until a week later they realized I had a hairline fracture in my ankle. Sorry for rambling on. :P
