By the fact that you are saying that the motor makes noise, I am assum ing this is a power seat belt, like on an Escort? If that is the case, then the fact that the motor is noisy indicates that the plastic gear tape, that runs the legth of the track is probably stipped, and so the shoulder belt is stuck wherever it is, and it's not going anywhere. You fix it, by replacing the assembly.
it is the blend door in the duct system
The bearings are out of it. Replace Blower motor.
Probably the heater blower motor.
If by motor you mean the engine. If the car is running and it's not making much noise turn in the a/c in the car and if the noise gets worse I would replace your air conditioning pp
The screeching noise is most likely the blower motor. Either the motor itself is bad or the fan blades are striking the housing. Run the heat without defrost and see if the noise is the same. Also check at different fan speeds to see if the noise changes.
There is a problem with wiper transmission which is what moves the arms & is under the cowl.
First check fuse. replace if blown. If fuse is not failed ... Then listen ear to the door while someone actuates switch to hear if motor makes noise as if struggling. If makes noise but fails to open the door, then either motor, or an obstuction in door track could be problem. If no noise, then most likely electrical connection or failed motor or switch itself is issue.
This be a wide range of things does it make the noise when the vehicle is in park and you rev up the engine ? It could be a heat shield on the exhaust system. it does not make the noise if it is just idling....but if you press the gas it makes a noise and when ur driving it makes noise. But I had to put a flang where the header conects to the exaust cuz it was leaking and i thought that was where the noise was comin from but its still makin the noise.
A part of a motor vehicle's exhaust system, serving to muffle the sound of the vehicle.

dc motors generate more noise.
could be a bad motor mount.mine was bad and I got a lot of vibrating / rattling sounds.
