Unless you live on Pluto, or somewhere colder, you don't have gas freezing anywhere. Gasoline freezes at -150 degrees.

Likely your problem is water freezing and blocking hoses or the pump. The easiest way to deal with this is to regularly use an alcohol additive to keep your lines dry any unfrozen. If you have a big problem in the tank, it will have to be warmed up in a garage and all the liquids pumped out.

unless there is any water content at all in the fuel, it is extremely hard to freeze. some of the refining process takes place in a lab where gasoline is tested and put thru different analyzing at tempertatures of 100 degrees below zero F.
