Unless you live on Pluto, or somewhere colder, you don't have gas freezing anywhere. Gasoline freezes at -150 degrees.
Likely your problem is water freezing and blocking hoses or the pump. The easiest way to deal with this is to regularly use an alcohol additive to keep your lines dry any unfrozen. If you have a big problem in the tank, it will have to be warmed up in a garage and all the liquids pumped out.
unless there is any water content at all in the fuel, it is extremely hard to freeze. some of the refining process takes place in a lab where gasoline is tested and put thru different analyzing at tempertatures of 100 degrees below zero F.
frozen mix is the solute The water/ice is the solvent.
1. Gas-liquid solution: soda, a water solution of carbon dioxide. 2. The expression gas-gas solution is not in use; more correct is gas mixture.
A gas results in a solution.
A solution is not always a liquid: An alloy like brass is a solid in solid solution, and air is a gas in gas solution.

try some ISOpropol acphol or "dry gas" you can but it at any convience store just pour the bottle in the gas tank and let it sit for a few hours
Hmmm...that's very interesting. Did you try adding more gas to the tank? That just may be the solution.
Air is an example of a gas-gas solution.

Conductivity of frozen solution will decrease tremendously, as iones will be immobile in frozen solution. However, upon defrost, the conductivity should return to standard value, if salt has not percititated out of solution irreversibly, which is not ususally the case with conductivity standard solutions.
probably no gas, if there is gas then your gauge in the tank is broken or frozen
on the gas tank
You can stop a leaking gas tank, by making a paste of soap on the hole of the gas tank.
it can damage your car. your gas tank is just a tank with gas, it's kind of hard to damage it.
