You better be a perfect angel and always be upfront. Don't hide your cell phone or take personal conversations out of the room so she can't hear. Don't disappear or ignore her calls. These types of thing create wonder and that creates doubt in her mind.

there are several ways to regain the trust you once had from a girl. one of the things you could do is by recreating the scenario/situation of the moment you try to gain her trust the first time. in other words, recreate the moment when you two are only just flirting with each other, being shy with each other, laughing all the time when you're with her, etc. this is because, those are the moments that built her trust for you. so, relive that moment. try to win her back, but do not be too pushy, as her trust towards you are already distracted. win her heart again, like how you won it the last time :)
