get a really bad Pokemon on your team that you don't want anymore right-click it and go on add to favourites then go on tools and go on developer tools and click on "scripts" at the top, then find the bit with your team (should be line 585) and at the bottom of the window is multi line mode, click that. when you've done that copy the part you want to change into the bottom box. make the changes, and be sure to change the number to 414 (If it helps, bulbasaur is 001) then change all the names to "mothim". if you want it to be level 100 then change it where it says the level and if you want to make it shiny or golden then put _shiny or _golden before the number
