You get Rotom out of the tv at round about 18:00 to 20:00 on a Sunday night at The old Chatue in Eterna Forest with the National Dex. If it is porygon you want you go to Mr. Blackburns Mansion with The National Dex Talk to MR. B and he will say a rare Pokemon is wondering his garden, however you may have to keep trying.

∙ 15y agoif your talking about the old cheatu you have to go in there at 22:00-00:00 i think then talk to tv. rotom is the pokemon. use dusk ball to catch it. its a lvl 15 ledgendary.
