This Pokemon is unavailable for capture in this game. In order to get it in Pearl you have to migrate it from Pokemon Emerald version. You can also migrate it from Pokemon XD Gale of Darkness.

∙ 15y agoWithout any GBA game or Cheats? To put it simply, you can't lol, you need to trade it from someone who already has it or migrate it from Emerald, it's unobtainable in Diamond and Pearl.
