If you want a boy to kiss you in 7th grade (or any grade in middle school) you could play truth or dare with friends. You tell your friend to dare you and the boy to kiss. Or you could invite the boy to a dance and then put your face really close to his during the dance. Or you could just hang out a lot and become friends first. The kiss will eventually come if he likes you.
