easy just private chat him or her having a normal condensation then when u fell like it say are u single then if him or her said yes then say so u wanna go out then ur done it works for me

When you click on a boy or girl you meet in chat or in games, it'll say like Ask to be friends or bestfriends and then it'll say become Boyfriend/Girlfriend.
