You may have to pop out the entire light/mirror assembly with a screw driver and replace the bulb from the back. Be careful not to break the assembly.
You can clean your car's sun visor by going to a near automobile repair shop. In addition, you can carefully clean your own car's sun visor by rubbing and washing with a hose.

Sun Visor
Remove the sun visor retaining screws. The sun visor will slide off of the sun visor rod. Lubricate the sun visor rod. Put the sun visor back on.
Try using wd40 on them
Take a small flat head screw driver and pop the lamp lenses out , then you will see the 4 tabs that hold your visor on, pop the tabs out and remove the vanity base and you can see the bulbs. Then you will need to find the replacement bulb for them. Hope your bulbs aren't broken off, because they are almost impossible to get out. Hope this helps. If anyone has a good answer for getting the broken bulbs out, please post it .
