The current generation iPod Touch does not yet have a camera, but all current generation iPhones have a camera.
There have been discussions about adding a camera feature to the iPod touch, but no improvements have been made yet. There has been a video option for the new iPhone 3GS, though.

in fact the iPod touches do...
You can't take a picture of your self or a friend or anything... but say you draw a picture with let's say the app of... doodle buddy...
so once you draw a picture and you think that you'll never be able to draw it again... click the top button that shut's it off and the button that gives you your menu at the same time to take a picture of what was on you screen you can click those button's anywhere to take a picture of anything...
even the picture of let's say... your menu...
Pretty cool huh??
No iPod Touch has a built in camera. This may come with the next generation of iPod Touches thought to be announced in September 2010.
