you can try an extendable magnet (found at almost any parts store right next to the cashier) or if that doesnt work, try a long pair of needle nose pliers

How do you change the spark plugs on a 1989 Chevy Celebrity 2.8 multi port?

To replace spark plugs: 1. Remove the spark plug wire. Twist the boot to free it up from the spark plug, then pull the wire off with the boot. 2. Use a 5/8" spark plug socket with suitable extension and either a ratchet or breaker bar to loosen the spar plug and take it out. 3. Set the gap on the new spark plug to 0.045" and use the spark plug socket to install it. 4. Reattach the spark plug wire and move to the next spark plug. I do them one at a time, that way I don't get them mixed up. Now may be a good time to replace the spark plug wires.

How do you change spark plugs in a Saab 93 Arc?

These instructions are for the 2.3 Liter 4 cylinder turbo engine, not the V-6. First of all, Set aside some time Make sure you have the best spark plugs Suggestion: Change your spark plug wires at the same time. Instructions on how to do this are not provided Tools you'll need: Socket wrench Extension for your socket wrench Spark plug socket Step 1. Unhook the spark plug wires from the spark plugs. Make sure you recall which wire you are taking off and where it goes so you'll be able to reattach it. If you have to mark each wire with numbered tape. Step 2. Loosen your 4 spark plugs using your socket wrench, socket wrench extension and spark plug socket. When loosening be gentle and don't make any sudden rapid movements. Unscrew until you are able to pull the socket wrench slowly out of the spark plug hole with the spark plug attached. Repeat step until each spark plug is removed. Step 3. Place a spark plug in the in the spark socket with the pointy end facing into the engine. Then slowly screw in a spark plug into a spark plug hole. Keeping on screwing until you begin to feel resistence. Once you do make about 3 to 4 more turns if you can, but DO NOT over tighten. Make sure the spark plugs are not extremely tight. *As a guage for tightness just recall how tight the spark plugs were before you loosened them.* Continue this step until each spark plug is inserted in its engine port/hole. Step 4. Reattach the spark plug wires to each spark plug just as they were attached before you loosened them Procedure is complete.

You have a 92 Camry with a four cylinder and The car turns over but acts like there is no gas What would cause this?

When an engine turns over but won't start always check the basic 3 to start troubleshooting: Fuel, Ignition and Compression. Make certain that you have fuel to the injectors or carb. (I think a 92 Camry is injected) You can verify that fuel is present at the injectors by checking the pressure at the fuel pressure test port. Next, check the spark. Pull a spark plug wire and see if your car is making a spark when you crank it. Last, Check the compression. Mark all spark plug wires by cylinder number, pull all spark plugs and use the compression gague to test the pressure.

What is the difference between port and socket?

A socket is not a port, though there is a close relationship between them. A socket is associated with a port, though this is a many-to-one relationship. Each port can have a single passive socket, awaiting incoming connections, and multiple active sockets, each corresponding to an open connection on the port. Port identifies a service no. e.g.25 port no is for smtp
