How do you get Arceus in pearl and diamond?

u have to catch palkia,dialga,azelf,mesprit, and uxie u also need palkia and dialgas orbs.then you go to the top of monet corunet .arceus will apear and talk to u and you can do a misson for him when u come back he will let you capcher him. you can also get the asora Flute

you go to the wi-fi building in jubilife city and go to the lady at the counter, you will have to connect to the internet wireless then you go to a room, you can find arceus or you can offer one of your Pokemon to get him. THIS IS THE BEST CHANCE YOU WILL GET ARCEUS IF YOU DONT HAVE ACTION REPLAY OR IF YOU HAVE THE AZURA FLUTE FROM MYSTERY GIFT

Step by step powers ON.

1.Beat the main story

2. Get the azure flute by using a code in the action replay (go on the website i dont know the code srry)

3.Go to spear pillar wwere you caught your legendary (caution he level 80 have a strong pokemon or a master ball)

4. A sign says "the azure flute is glowing would you like to play it?(or something like that)

5.play it and climb up a giant staircase and arceus is at the top

You can't. You have to get it from an event.

all you have to do is get the flute i cant remember its name and go to spear piller and stand on a platform and use the flute and then arceus will oppear

Arceus is not obtainable in Pokémon X and Y, and thus you must transfer it from any Generation V game (Pokémon Black, White, Black 2 and White 2) through the Poké Transporter once the Pokémon Bank is released in December 27th, 2013 or ask someone to trade you one after this date.

It's currently unknown if there's going to be an Arceus' give-away event for Pokémon X and Y.

You will need to wait for the event for Arceus starting in August 1st, 2016. Another way to get Arceus is having one in one of the previous Pokemon games, then transfer over into the Pokemon Bank and withdrawing it into one of your PC boxes in the game. Note: The events for the games before X, Y, Omega Ruby, and Alpha Sapphire are no longer continuing.
