To get abs in a week is a mission. And will also give you nasty looking abs. Getting abs in 2 weeks is much better and safer and will give you beautiful abs. Ok first you need to sort out your diet. Eat more carbs, proteins, veggies and fruit. DO NOT drink soda or eat any fried fast food. Drink 8 glasses of water a day. Stay away from fatty foods and sugar. Do jumping jacks, press ups and skipping for 20 mins. Do 3 miles of running. Then do 20 reps of situps, crunches, reverse crunches, leg raises and bicycles. Increase the reps over time. You should have a six pack in 2 weeks. If you are fat, then do 40 mins of jumping jacks, etc.

Get to a healthy weight is your priority. This should at least get you a 2-pack. Do this by always eating vegetables and fruit, and eating less meat. Or just become a vegetarian (like me).
