You can get a Breloom by many means in Pokemon diamond. First way is to evolve a Shroomish from the great marsh. Secondly is to trade on the GTS after you have fought a shroomish or breloom. Lastly you could trade with a friend who has one.
You can also emigrate from ruby, sapphire or emerald
