I am very big fanatic of Mario and luckily I have the answer. I'm pretty sure to get Waluigi on Mario Kart DS you's need to finish and get first in all grand prix tracks in 150cc or 100 cc.
Most sure is 150cc
BTW Waluigi is not the fastest! Dry bones is (Finish and get first in 50cc)

∙ 12y agoYou can only get those Mega Mushrooms on the Mario Kart Wii Grand Prix by chance. You hit a "?" block and hope for the best that it is a Mega Mushroom. If you are in between 4th and 6th place, you will get them more frequently than in any other place in the Grand Prix Mode.
