it is in olivine city in the far south right corner and then u go up the stairs in the light house and follow it up to the top and there is a door up the top enter it then keep following it to get to the gym badge leader

∙ 13y agoyou go to olivine city and go to the very right part of olivine and your going to see a sailor. When you do get the building and go trough the stairs not the elevator because if you go there your going to end up on the roof ( where you were suppose to be) with the door locked ( that door wasn't suppose to be locked but it was actually special because a gym trainer is waiting for you on top.
NOTE you need some medicines for a electric Type or then nothing is going to happen
