How did Sasuke get his mangekyou sharingan?

When Kakashi was in the Fourth's Squad when he was younger, he and his team mates, Rin and Obito Uchiha, went on a mission to destroy a bring that an enemy was using. Kakashi was assigned the leader, for he'd just become the leader of the group and everyone had to give him a gift, but Obito didn't. This is very much like a Sasuke and Naruto thing. But during the mission Rin get's kidnapped and Obito wants to save her, but Kakashi says no, and that they must complete the mission. Obito ignores him and goes to save Rin. Kakashi reflects on everyone's kindness and goes with Obito. Kakashi showed up in the nick of time to save Obito but was later cut on his left eye, taking his in his left eye and giving him the scar he has today. Obito gets scared and awakens his Sharingan and defeats the enemy. Kakashi and Obito go to save Rin and just as they're leaving an enemy does a cave in style justu. Obito pushed Kakashi out of the way as a boulder was falling and he ended up being crushed. Obito knows he's going to die so his gift in the end to Kakashi is his Sharingan (his right side had been crushed leaving his left slightly better). Rin is a medical nin, and removes the Sharingan and places it in Kakashi's left eye socket. Kakashi then uses the Chidori and Sharingan to kill the enemy nin, but Obito is already dead by the time Kakashi is done.

And thus Kakashi got his Sharingan.

Kakashi gets his sharingan from his team mate Obito uchiha.(it was a chunin team, (with the exception of Kakashi who just becomes a jonin at the time he got the eye) of three with Minato Namikaze or "the yellow flash of the leaf" as their jounin).During a mission kakashi's left eye gets injured sliced with a knife. At that moment Obito's sharingan awakens, so he is able to protect Kakashi. Later when tring to save Kakashi from being crushed by a rock, the entire right side of his body is crushed, so before he ides he gives Kakashi his right sharingan. At that time obito asks a medical ninja named Rin in their team to transplant his sharingan eye to kakashi.Since Obito was going to die anyway and since kakshi was his best friend (as of an hour before) he orderd the Rin to do this even though both Kakashi and Rin said "No."

kakashi obtains the mangekyou sharingan b'coz he feels partially responsible for Obito's death and thinks it was because of his carelessness that obito died

well i think that he had stolen it from a fallen uchia in the field because in the anime his friends had a saringon and i think he whanted kakasti to have pls reply if im mistaken

sasuke fought orochimaru and killed him after that he went to fight his brother to avenge his family after seeing itachi uchiha die right infront of his eyes he gets the mangekyo sharingan after that he goes to fight the 8-tailed jinchuriki as an order from madara uchiha (tobi)...after using his mangekyo so much agast the 8-tailed jinchuriki he starts to lose his sight

Wrong, after he learned about the truth of Itachi and the Uchiha clan he went into emotional trauma and gained the Mangekyou.

Amaterasu was implanted in him from Itachi to protect sasuke from the truth that would be told by Madara.

These are the following steps to obtain Mangekyo Sharingan:

1)You must have sharingan to start the process.

2)You must know if your best friend is about to die so that the process will go easily.

(3:OR you can just kill your best friend)

3)Go to the place where your friend is about to get killed and watch them die.

4)Get angry and do the tiger hand sign and put it over your eye.(If you have it on both eyes you can just do it one at a time)

5)A few hours later you will have mangekyo sharingan.

So,basically it is either killing your friend OR watching them die.

Itachi got mangekyo sharingan bye killing his whole clan except Sasuke

Kakashi got his mangekyo sharingan by watching Obito Uchiha die.(his dead friend from the last team 7)

But I don't know how Sasuke(shippuden)got his mangekyo sharingan so I will check up on that.....

When Itachi dies, he gives some of his powers to Sasuke which included Amaterasu.

As a result of Itachi's suicide, Sasuke obtained his eternal Mangekyo Sharingan.

Sasuke awakened his Mangekyō Sharingan after the death of his older brother, Itachi. Sasuke's Mangekyō takes the appearance of a six-sided star resembling the Rutherford model of the atom. Unlike other Sharingan, which have a black design and red background, Sasuke's Mangekyō is the first one that is shown to have a red design and a black background.
