Well it's really simple to be honest.
Get your relationship up to 100 and on the list, it should say propose.
If not, keep kissing etc...
Afterwards it should be on the list.
OR;
You can find cheats off the internet giving you a recipe for a love meal. make the person you want to marry eat it.

∙ 14y agofirst you need to have two sims in love, when their relationship is high enough you can then propose to the sim. after that you can have a wedding right there, or even intive people. or you can go to the build/buy mode and buy a wedding arch and use the arch to get married.

∙ 15y agoThey need a high relationship for marrige. If they keep talking and stuff, their relationship will get higher. You need about 100% on relationships so they get married. But when that is done, go to the sim and press "romantic" and you will see "prepose" meaning get married.

∙ 14y agoyou can only marry people from free-play. for example... ginger, pamela, rod, etc etc.
or you can make your own partner!!! when you propose the sim, you have to give him (her) food, then, ask the sim again, and let him (her) use the restroom, ask him (her) one more time, and he (she) will say yes!!!

∙ 16y agoYou must buy one of the marraige arcs for the two sims to marry under. PLace that somewhere on the lot the have a sim that is engaged click on it and select get married.
