hello, i did some research on your question, and i came across the answer. yes they both use the same fuel injectors. the only major change to the 5.7l hemi was in 06 when Chrysler put the MDS on the ram. hope this helps you out on your question. have a good day.
if your using a oil that is not the right viscosity, then the engine temp will increase and heat robs engine performance. Also, there has been occasions when the oil has been too thick and will start leaking through the seals and the block then needs to be rebuilt.
