Rescuing the Second Spy
Climb up the windows on the electrified building on Toupee Terrace, but watch out for the shocks that come on a regular basis. At the top, use your laser pen to cut open the bars and rescue the second spy. (you get the grapple bowtie)
Rescuing the Third Spy
On Balding Avenue, use your grapple bowtie to go up the building to the right of the Grease Monkey garage. At the top, you can enter the "Rooftops".
From there, you put on your Chameleon Suit and grapple left to the next building, which is guarded and has lasers to keep you from going up. Instead, go farther left to the red building, and climb that one. At the top, you can grapple right to get to the tower. Enter the tube to rescue the third spy.

∙ 14y agofirst you have to rescue the agent that is in the yellow laser building that shocks you when you touch the light and go all the way to th top then use the laser pen then go inside then rescue the agent,he will then give you a bow tie that is like a rope then use it to go to the top of the building.
