Don't try to get 'over' it ... that's futile. Focus on getting past it. Think about good experiences in those 30 years and appreciate them. Think about any bad experiences and learn from them. Those 30 years are a significant part of your life - don't try to just forget them or think you CAN forget them. The process will only frustrate you more. Put those 30 years in perspective, acknowledge that you've started a new chapter, and move on - knowing that those 30 years will go with you as you move on. Like a book with several chapters, each chapter doesn't start an entirely new story, but build on the previous chapter. You do the same thing with your life. I wish you peace, vision for the future, and the support of many friends.
