I know a women suffering from paranoia. We assume that you are not worried about one incident, but that you are paranoid all the time. A mental health professional may be able to help you come to terms with the issues that are causing it, perhaps with the help of medication if needed. One thing is sure: if it is causing you problems, it needs to be addressed because it may well become worse.
There is no way to completely get rid of paranoia. You can go through some therapy to help lessen the effects and harshness of the paranoia though.
