Get the national dex.
The last person who answered was correct but in a more detailed answer. To get the national dex you must have seen every Pokemon in the shinnoh pokedex from 1-210 then talk to prof. Rowan. =)

∙ 13y agoYou need to beat the battle frontier. I think that you need to get 21 bp to battle the frontier brain and some other people and 41-42 bp to battle the frontier brain and some other people the second time and maybe you need to do more than that but that's all I know.

∙ 12y agoI don't recall anyone blocking Canalave City, only that you can't get there early in the game . But how to get there is you get HM surf and go to Jubilife City. Then surf across route 218. there you are!
Also you might be thinking of Sunyshore City and the people blocking you in Valor Lakefront. You have to get through Mt. Coronet and the Distortion World and defeat or capture Giratina. Then the guy blocking route 222 will leave.
