you have a skin condition called keratosis piliaris which is completely harmless but very common. you should research this on images and other articles but you need to consult with a dermotoligist.

∙ 11y agoWhat you might have is probably "chicken skin". Some people are born with dots on their legs. You have to go out and buy a back scrubber and creams with no oils added. After u washed and scrubbed legs use the cream while the pores are still open. Oils will only clog the pores and trap the dirt. Regular alcohol is good for cleansing skin also.
