∙ 13y agoTypically, when maggots are swallowed, they are digested and passed like everything else you consume. Believe it or not, maggots are not only perfectly edible, but are quite nutricious and consumed in many cultures on a regular basis.
You do not need to get rid of them, your body will take care of that for you.
