How do you get rid of many small raised bumps that look like pimples and do not hurt or itch on your bottom?

Exfoliate, exfoliate and exfoliate some more. One of those scrubby puffs or apricot scrub will do the trick usually. If they are not near any openings you can use rubbing alcohol on them to dry them up.

∙ 12y agoWhen your pimple is red, it's inflamed. If you try to extract it, you can actually harm your skin instead of help it. The best way is to desensitize your skin first and put on spot treatments.

∙ 10y agoget a wash cloth then nicely use ice cold water and dapp alot of cold water on it then splash only once a little bit of warm water then just sleep it will go away in 3 to for days good luck😁
