Take one of your speakers from your household audio center and position it so that the speaker is facing the floor. Play as much bass as you can with the speaker pointing into the ground. The vibrations forwarded through the ground from the speaker will drive the snakes crazy, they'l be as far from the noise as they can slither to.

Cedar oil is the best way to get rid of snakes. Simply spray it onto the area of concern, if it is a yard, make sure to soak the soil well. I have added a link for a cedar oil product just for getting rid of snakes.
