How do you get rid of that sick feeling in your stomache when you do not eat?

You eat. That is the only way and the best way.

That is your body telling you that it needs food to keep you

healthy and alive. I agree with the answer above 'eat.' The best

thing to eat is something that has protein. Since our bodies are

mostly protein, it is an important resource. It is the building

block for most all body tissues and is involved in most of the

body's metabolic processes. Some good proteins can be peanut

butter, yogurt, cheese, nuts and seeds, egg whites (cooked), and

soy bean products.
