thing to eat is something that has protein. Since our bodies are
mostly protein, it is an important resource. It is the building
block for most all body tissues and is involved in most of the
body's metabolic processes. Some good proteins can be peanut
butter, yogurt, cheese, nuts and seeds, egg whites (cooked), and
soy bean products.
