after you get the pastoria gym badge,as soon as you go outside your rival will be waiting for you.then you have to follow the team galactic guy,after you fight him,cynthia will give you the secret potion,and that is what you need for the psyducks

When you continue along the route (Not the way the psyduck are blocking or the way you came from!) Cynthia should come up to and give you a potion thingy. Give the the potion to psyduck. Their headaches will be cured so you can now continue that way!

∙ 14y agoWhile travling, Cynthia will give you an item called Secret Potion, which you put in your key items pocket. Once you get the secret potion walk upto the psyduck and make contact.

∙ 13y agou chase down the team galactic grunt until he battles u.then go up and the girl will give u a secret potion for the phyduck.give it to them and their headach will go away.they will move and u can continue your adventure.
