How do you get easy lvl up on runescape?

there is no way try finding a guide that tells u the best way but the only way to cheat is to hack which u will get in trouble for and i highley dont recomend it i dont but probobly look at some site such as runehq

There are quite a few way to get runes in Runescape but not all are easy.

For 1 thing you can buy them from a shop if you have the money or from the Grand Exchange.

If you don't have enough money you can beg (which works about 2% of the time) or kill wizards for them (there are no Mind wizards,Blood wizards or other non elemental wizards) I think there south of Flador/North of Port Sarim, you'll find this guy summoning undead monsters and around him you'll see the wizards You may also get runes by using the 'Runecrafting' skill.

You train different activities: cutting trees for woodcutting xp, fighting for attack, strength, defense, and constitution xp, cooking for cooking xp, etc. There is really no magic shortcut, although some quests can give you relative small amounts of xp, and some special promotions can give you bonus xp. For example, if you have a paid membership for the entire month of August 2012, you'll get 350,000 bonus xp; and in September - if you continue having your membership - 700,000 bonus xp. Please read the announcements for more details. Pressumably you'll still have to "work" for it; last time there was a similar promotion (read the guides on "Mad Necklace" for more details), you would get double xp while wearing the mad necklace, up to a total of 250,000 xp.

at lvl 91 RC you can use the abbys and amulet of glorys charged to make nature runes. the average gp per hour is 900k

A very fast - and very expensive - way is to cut gems. In general, the fastest ways to train most skills are also the most expensive ones.
