You have to give Shaymin the Gracidea in order to change it from Land Forme to Sky Forme however once it's frozen in Sky Forme, it will revert back to its Land Forme. Being put in the PC while in Sky Forme will also cause it to revert back. Shaymin cannot go to Sky Forme between the times of 5 AM and 8 PM.

∙ 15y agoyou can't get it in Diamond or Pearl but when Pokemon Platinum comes out there will be the Sky forme of Shaymin instead or the regular one and giritina will be in his different snake forme
