If ALL the bolts are out, then the only thing holding it on is the glue on the gasket. Two options, take a dead-blow or rubber hammer and rap the side of the pan, usually that will break it loose, if not, use a chisel between the pan and the bottom of the transmission, but tap in gently.
Incidentally, before you attempt either of these, put a couple of bolts back in loosely, or when the pan comes loose, you will have one hell of a mess!
