β 12y agoOnce you have it you can identify invisible Pokemon AKA Kecleon, ever bumped into something in the middle of a route even though you can't see what you bumped into? Press A and you will find it's a Kecleon blocking your way either capture it or defeat it and it will go away.

β 9y agoYou cannot find the Devon Scope in Pokémon Yellow, Pokémon Yellow is a Generation 1 game and the Devon Scope was created in Generation 3 and jus for games such as Pokémon Ruby, Pokémon Sapphire and Pokémon Emerald that were based in the Hoenn region.

Then you go to the last floor, and thanks to the silph scope you are able to know the identidy of the guardian Pokemon, it´s a cubone if i´m not mistaken. After you defeat the guardian Pokemon you will find team rocket and then you save Mr. Fuji.
