How do you get a god sword in RuneScape?

In order to obtain an armadyl god sword, you should go to God War Dugeon and fight the lv 500-600 monster that drops the hilt. Its a rare chance for an armadyl drop because an armadyl hilt price ranges around 73M. If you are lucky and you receive the hilt from a drop, you can buy a godsword shard from GE (Grand Exchange) or from a drop and stick it together. Once the godsword shard and hilt is stuck together, you receive an armadyl godsword.

Another way is to just purchase it from GE.. its no big deal... 73M is alot for a hilt. But you know what is good about a Godsword.... Its the weapon that succeeds dragon alot but not as much as a vesta longsword would...

You should go to God War dungeon and bring a clan to fight it!

Erm, if you have alot of money you could buy it. But it is VERY valuble. Its worth to much. Or enter godwars, and fight with bosses and some hard creatures and they drop fragments of them, collect then all and you can build it.

The Godsword, a Two-handed sword, is an extremely powerful item found in the God Wars Dungeon. It has the highest slash and strength bonus of any weapon, each at +132. The weapon is dropped in pieces; players combine the pieces to form the sword. Furthermore, four hilts corresponding to the gods Saradomin, Zamorak, Armadyl, and Bandos can be attached to unlock different special attacks. The godsword is highly valued dues to its rarity and being able to inflict extremely high damage with high accuracy. Less wealthy players will find the Saradomin sword or abyssal whip a cheaper alternative. In fact, it is believed that the abyssal whip and Saradomin sword are more efficient for training Slayer or training melee in general. Many players believe that the Godsword is the single most powerful weapon in the game. It requires level 75 attack to wield. It can be very useful for Bounty Hunter, Duel Arena,Fight Pits, Clan Wars and Castle Wars. However, the godsword isn't the highest hitting weapon in RuneScape, as a player wielding a full Dharok's set can hit up to 112, and a player using a Keris on Scarabs, Locusts and Kalphites can hit up to 117 damage (with 99 strength, a black mask with a slayer assignment of Kalphites and the highest strength bonus possible in the game save the dagger and mask), the record melee damage in the game. The Godsword is dropped in three shards, which are fixed together at level 80 smithing to form the Godsword blade. You must get all 3 godsword shards and a hilt from the God Wars Dungeon bosses. The bosses are General Graardor, Kree'arra, K'ril Tsutsaroth, and Commander Zilyana. 80 Smithing is required to smith all the shards together, once you do that you'll have a Godsword Blade, You use that on the hilt and you'll have a godsword, You also need 75 Attack to wield it.
