Yes, the rear bearings are replaceable.
Bearings and the races are very easy to replace or repack, It may have a castle nut with a cotter pin or a crush nut if it has a crush nut you may want to order a new one before you take it apart.

How do you change rear axle brearing on a suzuki quadracer?

You only need to remove the left hub assembly. Loosen the axle nut while still on four wheels. Having said that, put rear on suitable stand forward of the rear axle bearing carrier. For ease remove both rear wheels. Remove drive chain. Remove left hub. Remove brake caliper and secure. Remove the rear sprocket with flange together. There are two nuts on the axle that holds this in place. The nuts are different. The outer nut is a lock nut. Remove the outer and remover the inner nut. You can now slide the axle shaft out of the bearing housing. Now remove the housing after loosening the retaining bolts. Take the housing to a bench and remove seals and bearing. Note that there is a long spacer separating the bearing which is in the middle. This how I did this on my 86. Regards
