Go to Deadwood Isle, then find a tree (with a door) that I think is on the west part of the isle. Inside should be an elf. Talk to him an he will give you a key. He will also give you a quest to go with the key, but hey, you dont have to do it!

You need to feed the little horse Chubby a Apple treat,you can find them at the plains horse feed store.
