All you need to do is knock down the eating totem and they will leave so you can get the noni after that... If they ate all the Noni or you harvested them all, you can cast the bees power on the Noni and they will pollinate it giving it more fruit. (I don't now how much fruit).

You heat the rocks in the rock pit, then cover the hot rocks with the banana leaf things. It will take a coupe of villagers to get all the rocks hot at the same time. If you take too long, the first hot ones will cool down. After the fire pit is hot, it stays hot indefinitely. Shake down the fruit and the villagers will automatically place them on the fire pit.
this usually happens when somebody isn't getting enough food or nearing the end of their life.
You can buy the farming tech if the villagers don't want to fish any more. Then they will get food from the cocount trees.

The Hand of Bloom is a god power you acquire in Virtual Villagers 5, and it costs 150 energy to use. When applied to the ground it will cause a bunch of flowers and mushrooms to suddenly sprout. When applied to the farm it will cause the crops to instantly grow. Either way, it's a great way to stretch food supplies.
