go to ise fall cave in Pokemon fire red/leaf green and use water fall the go up the ladder and go into the dark cave in front of the ladder the you will se lorreli of the elite for sorounded by team rocket members talk to her then start trying to leave the she will ask you to help here defeat team rocket. after you defeat them talk to her again then leave ice fall cave and go to the dotted hole and the scientist wont be there use cut on the door and your in.if you want to know to gat through the dotted hole you should...... go into the dotted hole fall into the hole go north,west,east,south. then grab the sapphire.
