How do you get a shopping card?

You must deposit 10,000 Bells into your banking account, and let it sit over night. The next day, you should have a shopping card! To get another shopping card for any reason, just talk to an ABD and click "reorder shopping card."

What you need to do, and it's very simple, just deposit 10,000 bells into your account (use the ABD machine in the town hall or in the city) and the next day you should get a letter with a shopping card. How do you use it? GracieGrace is the only shop I know of that takes payment by shopping card. It acts like a debit card. How much you have in your bank account automatically goes into your shopping card. Why GracieGrace? Because you can't carry more than 99,999 bells with you in your wallet at a time, and many things at GracieGrace are more than that. Just make sure you have your shopping card with you, and enough saved up bells, and you should be all set. :)

Game cards can be bought at any game store.

What games are you interested in? Some games offer their own game cards (like Blizzard for WoW), some games accept ultimate game cards or prepaid card, which can be used for many online games and even Facebook's Farmville and so on (for example Paysafecard, which is my favorite).

When you know what kind of a card you want, just check with their homepage and find the nearest retailer.
