- Wear hats and sunglasses
- Wear long pants and shirts with long arms. If you want to wear shorts/skirts and t-shirts (like me) then just use a high sunblock (spf 50+), and reapply it every 2-3 hours and when you're sweating much.
You can also take baths with oatmeal or/and lemon to get paler skin. For face: Use a mask everyday, or if it's a very effective one use it 1-2 time a week.
