glaceon=level it up near the stone with ice on on the very blizzard route close to snowpoint city(in the top right corner)

∙ 14y agotrain one eevee near the icy rock near snowpoint city and it will evolve when it becomes good friends with you. train another eevee near the mossy rock in eterna forest. train another eevee during the day and train one at night. give other eevees a fire/water/thunder stone.

∙ 12y agoThat is not possible, if you go to four island and breed a evolved evee with a ditto you will get an egg inside is a evee use the other stones to get the other evee forms. BUT you still can't get espeon or umbreon you need to get one from ruby/sapphire or Pokemon colosseum or Pokemon emerald.

∙ 12y agou get the rainbow pass then go 2 4 island then go to the day care that can have 2 Pokemon then u get a evee or a vaporeon or watever then u put that in with a ditto then its egg would be a lv5 evee

Now there are new forms of evee only exclusive in diamond and pearl and platinum, to get them you first again need your evee to be friendly with you but on a condition there are two special stones one in the snowpoint area and one in the area of the grass city sorry i forgot the name to it.. But you must level up your evee next to these stones and it will become a glacieon in the snow area and a leafeon in the grass area.
