So far I have found 2, one is obtained after defeating Dakim at Mt. Battle, and the other is obtained when you use the UFO U-disk (obtained at other end of subway) on THE UNDER's "UFO". Glad to help

∙ 14y agoyou have to get to this area where it is were you find the 100 you only have to battle 10 and that is how you get it.
like mount battle. also, get the u-disk in the under and go up, there will be an item box. voila, time Flute! and the mt. battle time flute- you gotta beat Dakim or wutevah.

∙ 14y agoYou have to go to the Relic Stone and walk up to it. I would use it on something you want to use now, like Entei or Suicune instead of Ledian or Ariados. No offense to them, it's just that they're not as strong.

∙ 12y agowell if you want poke flute you must go first to the poke tower go then left and there would be team rocket base you get there silph scope after beating all team rocket grunts then go back Pokemon tower go to the highest place as you can until you go stairs wher comes 30lvl ghost use silph scope (it maybe use automatically) and there comes marowak kill it or capture whatever and there will be more team rocket grunts kill them and you get poke flute (use it to awake snorlax).

∙ 8y agoYou can use the Time Flute in Pokémon Colosseum by taking it to the relic in Agate Village and then after selecting it you will have the option of choosing any of the Shadow Pokémon to use it on however there are only 3 Time Flutes that are available in the game and you can only use a Time Flute each time once so you only have a maximum of 3 Time Flutes for you to use in order to help to purify the Shadow Pokémon that you have recovered.

that's cause gale of darkness isn't a real Pokemon game so the Pokemon you trade can't be processed in your pokedex so it will delete. If your game restarts if beat the Pokemon league then you can't do anything about it. You have to buy a new Pokemon game.
