Durango was not a Chevy, it is a Dodge. Actually Chevrolet had the "Durango" package. It's a trim package included in many models such as the 1969 Nova and the 1983 S10. Dodge had the Durango, it was a truck model, but for Chevy cars and trucks, it's just a trim package. The trim package included color-keyed floormats, courtesy lights, and custom cloth/vinyl bench seats.
It may be as simple as the "fader" control. Look to see if your volume knob has a rotary control just behind it. Sometimes, it's also on the other knob. If you have toggle style control buttons instead, one of those may have been moved to a position that only powers the rear speakers. That is where I would start.
What size is the rear differential on a 1994 Chevy S10 with a 4.3L V6 4 speed auto transmission and 2WD?
Why does the replacement rear wiper motor on a 1998 Chevy Blazer S10 not appear to have any power and how do you repair it?

Check the fuses for power, test the relays for resistance. If you don't find your problem there, get a trim puller and remove the trim from the rear door. Disconnect the wiper motor. Check the wiring for power at the ends, then test the wiper motor for resistance…
