Go to Slateport City and there is an event that has Capt. Stern being interviewed. you talk to him and you'll read something about thank you for the sub or something. you go into the dock and you'll see the sub being stolen. after that happens go to Lilycove and where the Wailmers are, you have to surf up from there until you see what looks like a cave. you'll end up seeing the warp panels, like the gym in saffron city in Pokemon yellow, red, blue, firered, and leafgreen, you got to test the panels to find where they take you. in team aqua's HQ you also get the master ball, so be on the look out for it. its in a room with 4 poke balls on the floor. two of those are either voltorb or electrode. but once you find a room where the sub is you face one of the grunts and then the sub leaves. once you leave the cave the wailmers should be gone.

∙ 12y agoTeam Aqua is trying to Awaken Kyogre. If you go inside the team aqua headquarters and talk the the grunts guarding the stairs, you learn that their boss is planing to steal the Slateport Submarine. Travel to the slateport museum and CPT. Stern is being interviewed by the news. Talk to The news reporters, and CPT. Stern and they will go away. You then go inside the port, and see that Archie is stealing the Submarine... and you cant stop them. Fly back to the Lilycove HQ and the grunts will not be guarding the stairs anymore. You can now infiltrate the HQ. Once you reach the end, you fight the second in command. after he stalls for time, you see that Archie is in the Sub and he goes away to the secret underground cave where Kyogre is. The whales have moved now. ;)

∙ 13y agoTHIS MIGHT SOUND WEIRD BUT U MUST GO TO THE TOP OF MT CHIMNEY GO DOWN AND BATTLE MT MAGMA IN THEYRE BASE... COME BACK TO WAILMER BUT INSTED OF GOING TO THEM GO STRAIGHT UP AND LEFT SWIMMING AND U FIND A CAVE GO IN ITS AQUA'S BASE BATTLE THEM AND WHEN U COME OUT THE WAILMER ARE ALL GONE
