If you want to lose weight and not get muscular then the best exercise is running, when you run it gets your heart beat going and the more energy your body is using the more your motabalism speeds up and then after you run you should eat a small healthy meal, at that time when your body is warn out from running is the best time to eat because your motabalism is at its peak and will burn some of the calories that you eat. And then to tone up your body I would sugguest using little dumbells, 5-10 lbs at the most, or the "be fit" strenchy band things, that's what I use... Also modified pushups or (girl pushups) will help make your arms stronger and more toned, for legs do about 100 or so squats per day, that really challenges the muscles in your legs especially the calfs, I hope this helped a little bit if you have any more questions ill be more than happy to answer them! :)
first you get toned then if you keep on working out you get bulky so stay in shape just dont overwork
no she is very toned as of late
yes, yes he does. Not that toned but getting to it
Yes she does, you can't have a toned stomach like her without working out, also her arms are toned so I'm sure she does work out.
A good way to increase the size of your legs without becoming chunky, is to take up sports such as rowing, dancing, tennis. These will help strengthen your legs, making them curvier but they will still be toned.
Try swimming.Or maybe just try crunches. But seriously? If you can't figure it out...
Unfortunatley I think this isn't going to be the answer your looking for. The only real healthy way of getting a thin toned body is to combine a well balanced healthy diet with a variation of exercise. Forms of exercise to include are running (very good for burning calories) high impact exercise such as aerobics, body combat, kick boxing etc, yoga/pilates (excellent for toning) and swimming. Unfortunatley every body is different and depending on your own structure some people will never get that lean & toned look (like myself) altough you can be slim and healthy which to be honest is more important. Doing reps with low hand weights can help with building muscles Also you need to understand you can't build a large amount of muscle without gaining fat, all bodybuilders go through a cutting and bulking stages, repeatedly.
No, "slender" and "toned" are not the same. Slender typically refers to having a slim, lean body shape without specifying muscle definition. In contrast, toned describes a body that has visible muscle definition and firmness, often achieved through strength training and exercise. While a person can be both slender and toned, the terms emphasize different aspects of body composition and appearance.
If you want to get bigger and build muscle mass, then you will want to do heavier weights with less reps. If you are more interested in getting toned up without building large muscles then you will want to do lighter weight but more reps.
He goes hungry, then starts getting thin, tired and weak and later, he dies.
