Building in Saffron City.He will give you the "Silph Scope" and "Master Ball" when you defeat him .With Silph Scope,you can identificate ghosts in the Ghost Tower.In Ghost Tower,you will find Marowak,Cubone's dead mother's ghost.You will defeat her and go up the stairs.There are 4 Team Rocket Members.You will defeat them one-by-one and the old man is between the columns.He will transport you to his house and give you a "PokeFlute" .With "PokeFlute",you can wake up the Snorlax.
