On ours, it is behind an access panel in front of the RH tire.
you have to remove the plastic cover under the fender, after you should be able to figure it out. it's very simple.
You have to either move a lot of stuff if going from the top, or you can go from the bottom. beware, if you are going from the bottom, NEVER put your head under it. leaks or grit can make you wish that you had not.

Replace the reservoir with a new or used one.
The windshield washer pump is attached to the washer fluid reservoir. You will find 2 pumps attached to the reservoir. The other pump feeds the rear window. The reservoir can be unbolted and removed from the engine compartment.
Seals are probably shot. Replace the pump/reservoir assembly.
its against the firewall under the windshield fluid reservoir
I believe you have to remove the battery, battery tray and then the washer fluid reservoir, now you can remove the pump from the reservoir.
The windshield washer pump is located on the water reservoir. Remove the wheel on the driver's side and then the cowling around the wheel well that is in front of the wheel. Once it is off, the windshield washer pump on the water reservoir will be visible for easy replacement.
The reservoir is located right behind the front fender on the driver's side. Remove the wheel well liner and then remove the screws from the fender. Unscrew and remove the windshield washer reservoir. Replace it with the new one and repeat the steps in reverse.
